939win Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player", "you") and 939win ("the Platform", "we", "us") in respect of all services offered through the 939win website and mobile application. By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 939win platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

939win is an online entertainment platform providing Casino games, Sports Betting, Bingo and related services to adult players. The platform is intended for users in Pakistan and operates with PKR as the primary account currency, supporting local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2. Account Registration

Eligibility

To register an account with 939win, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis while your account remains open:

• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using the platform is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended 939win account.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited and balances reviewed in line with the platform's anti-fraud procedures.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. Do not share your account access with any other person. 939win will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has shared their login details or failed to secure their account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

939win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point where the platform has a reason to verify account ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3. Deposits

Deposits to your 939win account are made in PKR using the available payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are shown in the Deposit section of your account at the time of transaction.

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. The platform does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts belonging to someone else may be returned and your account reviewed for compliance.

Deposits are generally credited to your 939win balance within a few minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Raast and bank transfer timings depend on the payment provider. If a deposit does not reflect after a reasonable period, contact support with the transaction reference number from your payment app.

939win reserves the right to refuse, reverse or limit deposits in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, account abuse or any other circumstance that raises concern about the legitimacy of the funds or transaction. Funds deposited to the platform are to be used for gaming activity on the platform only and may not be used to transfer value to other parties.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are paid out in PKR to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank accounts registered in the Player's name.

Conditions for Withdrawal

• Your account must be fully verified (identity documents confirmed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must come from your real-money balance, not active bonus funds. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• The destination account must be registered in the same name as your 939win account. Third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold for the chosen method (PKR 500 for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast; PKR 1,000 for bank transfer).

939win does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount dispatched to your payment method.

The platform reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending review where there is a reason to investigate the account for fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or any other compliance concern. In such cases, the platform will communicate with the affected Player and aim to resolve the matter promptly.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

939win offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms specified at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before withdrawal. The specific requirement for each bonus is clearly displayed before you opt in.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are intended for individual players and may not be shared, transferred or assigned.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses obtained through multiple accounts, referred accounts or any form of abuse will be voided.
• 939win reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in will be informed of material changes.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being removed from the account.

6. Casino and Games

Bet Settlement

Such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 939win platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where relevant, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for any reason.
